Website use
Information on this site is provided for residents of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Availability of an application form does not mean every applicant is eligible or will be approved.
Applications and electronic records
By submitting information electronically, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and authorize verification as described in the application disclosures and privacy policy. Electronic records, forms and copies may be used where permitted by law.
Electronic presentment and payments
Any authorization for electronic transfers, re-presentment of payments or related fees must be described in the applicable loan agreement and comply with provincial law. The loan agreement controls if it conflicts with general website information.
Electronic signature and verbal consent
Where an electronic signature, checkbox, one-time code, recorded verbal authorization or other consent mechanism is used, the corresponding screen or disclosure explains the legal significance of that action. Do not provide consent unless you understand the agreement.
Assignment
Any right to assign a loan agreement is governed by the agreement and applicable law. Nothing on this page expands rights beyond what the agreement or law permits.
Applicable law
Payday-lending obligations are governed by the law applicable to the borrower and transaction. Mr. Payday operates under payday-lender licences in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario.
These website terms should be reviewed by Canadian legal counsel before launch and aligned precisely with the loan agreement, application consent flow and cPanel/CGI implementation.
