The Week 1 reviewer attribution remains an unfinished placeholder until a real reviewer confirms their identity and review date. It must not be read as confirmation of completed financial review.
How future corrections should be recorded
Identify the affected page and issue, the verified source, the effective date of the rule, the correction date and the dependent material updated. Keep the previous version privately for traceability. A source-access failure should be recorded as a verification gap, not proof of no change.
What does not count as a legal change
A revised layout, new thumbnail or editorial improvement does not imply a new law. Check official sources and provincial guides for legal context and the editorial policy for the review standard.
